SHIPPING
No matter how far your package travels, the items inside are protected with great care. We send the candle protected from scratches and knocks in a cotton bag, made from recycled cotton, which can/should (please) be reused. The candle is packed in a cardboard box, which usually ensures that the goods arrive undamaged during shipping.
In principle, we offer various service providers for delivery, but we are happy to recommend the use of shipping to the HERMES parcel store closest to your place of residence, as this not only enables collection on the day of arrival, but is also the most environmentally friendly option for shipping - because it is most effective for the service provider to drive to as few places as possible. This also means fewer vehicles standing around and less energy consumption.
DELIVERY TIMES depend on several components.
We can only influence production and speedy packaging - these are usually ready for dispatch within 24-72 hours. Then there is the respective place of residence and the choice of service provider. Within Germany, this should not exceed 2 to 3 days.
We recommend that all customers combine items in one order. Orders placed separately will incur separate shipping charges.
