Refund policy

RETURNS

You are responsible for returning the goods, ideally as an insured package. Upon arrival, the purchase amount will be refunded or, if necessary, replaced by another candle.

Important note: Candles that have been lit once, i.e. whose wick has burnt, cannot be exchanged. The same applies to orders with individual requests (own composition of fragrance and body). In principle, however, we are always solution-oriented and would like to prevent abuse.
